STRENGTHENS BODY AND ENVIRONMENT: DEUTER RUN & CLEAN NIGHTS

STAY FIT AND DO GOOD - AT THE DEUTER RUN & CLEAN NIGHTS. EXPLORE THE TRAILS OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS WITH US. STAY FIT, COLLECT TRASH, LEARN FROM RUNNING COACHES, TEST EQUIPMENT - AN EXPERIENCE FOR the BODY & for the ENVIRONMENT.

Trail running is a perfect holistic training. It improves strength and conditioning, balance and coordination, concentration and reaction, speed and agility. So what better way to stay in shape? It's simple: trail running while collecting trash. So in addition to the good feeling, there's also a good conscience. After all, who doesn't know the moment when you come across carelessly left trash on the side of the trail, in the woods or on the trails and you don't have anything to pack it in. Not cool to just walk past it. That's over now.

At the deuter Run & Clean Nights, deuter and participating retailers throughout Germany bring together environmentally conscious running enthusiasts for plogging. Whether you're a trail running beginner with good running condition or a long-distance ace - grab your running gear and experience a superlative waste collection event during an after-work run together.

So that you are perfectly equipped, the participating retailers X Sport, Sport Luck, Sport Conrad and Sportino will provide you with the highly functional, new deuter Ascender trail running backpack. You'll also get a deuter Dirtbag for the trash and a trash tong from #estutnichtweh.  So your deuter Run & Clean Night will be a relaxing experience.

Basic condition
We are not doing an extreme sport here, but you should have a solid running condition. Because of the constant stopping and bending down, plogging quickly becomes a kind of interval run that stresses the cardiovascular system.

Health
You are physically healthy, have no cardiovascular or respiratory diseases. Your musculoskeletal system (especially legs, knees, hips, shoulders) is also in good shape, and you have no pain.

Equipment
Come in your trail running outfit: running shoes with a solid, non-slip tread, running clothes. If necessary, you should also think about a waterproof rain jacket, sunscreen or cap for sun protection for your head. Dirtbag and pliers will be provided by us. You can borrow a trail running backpack.

We equip you with the deuter Dirtbag. An ultra-light bag made of 100% recycled material that is dirt and water repellent. So you can transport waste easily and well sealed.

In addition, you get a garbage tong from #estutnichtweh, an association that works to rid the mountains of trash.

And last but not least, the new deuter Ascender trail running backpack. Minimal weight, high wearing comfort and easy handling were the focus of the development of the deuter Ascender trail running backpack. Wide, ergonomically shaped, vest-like shoulder straps with elastic compression strap keep the backpack stable on the body. In the front, two pockets keep softflasks, smartphone or GPS device within easy reach at all times. The Ascender is available in two versions: 7-liter volume (315 g) and for long runs with more luggage as a 13-liter model (340 g). It is also nice to nature: the main material of the PFC-free backpack is 100% recycled and bluesign® certified.

Good luck!
