1. Responsible parties
As operators of this Facebook page, we (Deuter Sport GmbH, Daimlerstr. 23, 86368 Gersthofen, Germany), together with the operator of the social network Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd.) are the responsible parties within the meaning of Art. 4 no. 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When visiting our Facebook page, personal data are processed by the responsible parties. In the following, we inform you as to which data are processed in which way and what rights you have in this respect. As responsible party for this page, we have concluded arrangements with Facebook , which regulate the conditions for using the Facebook page, among other things. The terms of use of Facebook as well as the other conditions and guidelines listed there at the end are decisive.
2. Purposes of processing
The processing of the information should, among other things, make it possible on the one hand for Facebook to improve its system of advertising that it distributes via its network. On the other hand, it should make it possible for us as operators of the Facebook page to receive statistics that Facebook creates based on the visits to our Facebook page. This is intended for managing the marketing of our activities. For example, it is possible for us to gain knowledge of the profiles of visitors who appreciate our Facebook page or use applications of the page in order to provide them with more relevant contents and develop functions that could be of greater interest to them.

4. Transfer of data
It is conceivable that some of the information collected is also processed outside the European Union by Facebook Inc. whose registered office is in the USA. Under the US/EU Data Protection Agreement, Facebook Inc. is "Privacy Shield"-certified and is thus obliged to comply with European data protection requirements. We ourselves do not pass on any personal data.
5. Possibilities to object
Users of Facebook can use the settings for advertising preferences to affect to what extent their user behaviour may be recorded during the visit to our Facebook page. Additional possibilities are provided by the Facebook settings or the form concerning the right of objection. The processing of information using the cookies used by Facebook can moreover be prevented by not permitting cookies from third parties or from Facebook in your own browser settings.
6. Nature of joint responsibility
According to the agreements with Facebook regarding joint responsibility, it is essential that information requests and the assertion of additional data subject rights are made directly to Facebook. As a provider of the social network with the possibility to integrate Facebook pages there, Facebook alone has direct access to the required information and can additionally immediately take any necessary measures and provide information.
