GREEN Week BY DEUTER

SPENDING INSTEAD OF SAVING: #PLASTICFREEPEAKS
we are going to donate 10% of our online Shop sales

Green is a promise. That's why we are fulfilling our responsibility towards people and nature with Green Week and are supporting a selected EOCA project: ACT & EDUCATE @PATRON 2024.

The non-profit organisation PATRON pursues a clear vision: a nature free of plastic waste. With large-scale CleanUP events and workshops on outdoor sports and nature conservation, PATRON wants to inspire people to awaken the protective instinct within them. To this end, we will donate 10% of the sales we generate in our online shop in the participating countries* in the period from 22 to 29 November 2024.

WHAT'S THE IMPETUS?

Environmental responsibility is particularly reflected in our daily actions. We should therefore always make all purchasing decisions mindfully and consciously instead of impulsively and unthinkingly snapping up bargains. This means that everyone can decide for themselves how big their ecological footprint will be. In order to assume our responsibility, we refrain from offering tempting discounts and instead donate 10% of our online shop sales to sustainable causes.

So if you make a conscious decision in favour of our long-lasting products, we will be delighted. But do you feel unsure whether a purchase is necessary? Then it's better not to - for the sake of the environment and your wallet.

WHO WE'RE SUPPORTING

The A movement towards plastic free peaks project was included in the program by the EOCA - European Outdoor Conservation Association, of which deuter has been a founding member since 2006. We would very much like to support this project with our membership fees and donations.

WHAT THE PROJECT IS ABOUT

PATRON stands for a reflective relationship with nature and the careful use of our resources. For conscious enjoyment and conscious renunciation: the enjoyment of unspoilt landscapes and the renunciation of short-lived consumer goods. For the decision to not just let words speak for themselves, but to protect nature through concrete actions. Because every step counts - especially for us nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Through CleanUP events and workshops, Patron wants to bring about a change in awareness and inspire people to awaken the protective instinct within themselves.

PATRON stands for change.

PATRON stands for #plasticfreepeaks.
